Homemade Bread and Bible Stories

Thank you so much for taking time to email me, sometimes as missionaries’ wives we feel so alone and out of touch with the real world, and the Lord has blessed me today by allowing you to email me and tell me you are praying. What a blessing!

Please pray for the Lord’s cooking/Bible storing classes here in Mexico. We travel around in the state of "O." giving 6-8 weeks of cooking classes at the same time sharing a Bible story. For example, I may teach them to make homemade bread, and at the same time I share the Bible story of Jesus feeding the people with only fish and loaves of bread. The amazing thing for us, or should I say miracle for us, is how the Lord multiplies the bread we make. It never fails that each woman gets to take home a loaf. We never know how many women will be there, but God does, and we always have the exact amount needed, Isn’t He awesome? In the last year we have seen 72 women, men, children, and youth come to know the Lord through this ministry. Some attend a church and others have just kept the cooking class going to study the Bible due to their husbands not allowing them to go to church, however allowing them to go to cooking class, not knowing they are learning the Bible. Please pray that this continues to reproduce and make a difference here in "O.", and that God starts a revival here due to it.
